our studio address is 2202 5th st., suite 2, white bear lake, mn 55110. we are located across from huntington bank. There is plenty of street parking and a small lot next to our building. please do not show up to the studio without an appointment - we are by appointment only.

I don’t live near the a.b. ellie studio - how can I get help with styling/browsing the collection?

You can book a virtual appointment or contact an a.b. ellie stylist via our style me. service for additional help. We also offer at home try on options (for usa customers only) if you want to try one or two specific gowns on.

when should I start shopping?
our earrings take 4-6 weeks to create and our veils take 6-8 weeks to create before shipping. depending on the designer, gowns and little white dress (lwd) orders take roughly 3-6 months to create before shipping. please note— we have rush options available for accessories + gowns. If you have a tight timeline, reach out to studio@abellie.com to talk through options before your appointment.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, our virtual + in-studio experiences are by appointment only. you can book an appointment online. reach out if none of the appointment times listed work for you— we’ll try to work around your schedule as best we can.

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT BE?
in-studio appointments are one hour and our virtual appointments are 45 minutes.

WHAT do your gown prices look like?
the lwd collection starts at $1,190 USD and gowns begin at $2,499 usd. be sure to look through our collection online before booking to see full price list.

WHAT SIZE GOWNS ARE AVAILABLE TO TRY ON?

our samples are size US6—US10 but please note that gowns can be ordered up to a size US26, depending on the designer. if you are sizing outside of our sample size range, shoot us an email and we can talk over options— studio@abellie.com.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
at the moment, we have a guest limit of 3 people. we appreciate you following these guidelines to make your appointment as seamless and stress-free as possible!

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
the most important thing is you! but some nude undergarments and the shoes you’re thinking of wearing on your wedding day can be helpful too. :)

what’s an overview of ordering through a.b. ellie?

you’ll start with trying on gowns/dresses/accessories with an a.b. ellie stylist— we’ll talk through any and all questions you may have about ordering, sizing, timeline, styling help, and more. once you feel comfortable with your decision, we’ll get the ball-rolling on production + correspondence with the proper designers. at this stage, all you have to worry about is making the decision on what accessories you need! when your order is done, it’s shipped to our studio first for a look over before being sent out to you.

DO YOU OFFER/INCLUDE ALTERATIONS?
we do not offer alterations at this time.
IS THERE An appointment CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes— please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.
